Il est établi que le lieu de vieillissement impact sur l'alcool durant le contact avec le bois (du fût) en fonction des conditions de conservation et donc de stockage de celui-ci. Le résultat peut donc être affecté en fonction du climat du lieu où est vieillit l'alcool, qu'il soit stocké dans un climat tempéré, également dit "continental" comme ceci peut-être le cas pour le whisky en Écosse par exemple, ou tropical comme pour le rhum dans les îles, où la température moyenne et le niveau d'humidité sont souvent beaucoup plus élevé à longueur d'année, ce qui a comme effet que la part des anges en soit ainsi décuplée.

Continental, tropical or… spatial aging ?!
It is established that the place of aging impact on the alcohol during the contact with the wood (of the drum) according to the conditions of conservation and thus storage of it. The result can therefore be affected according to the climate of the place where the alcohol is aged, whether it is stored in a temperate climate, also called "continental" as this may be the case for Scotch whiskey for example, or tropical as for rum in the islands, where the average temperature and the humidity level are often much higher throughout the year, which has the effect that the share of angels is so increased tenfold.
